Job description

Our client is looking for a OCMTraining Specialist for a 13-month contract.

Start : December 1st, 2025

End date : December 31st, 2026 (With renewal option)

Site Location : Montreal

On Site : Remote but available for onsite meetings, and go live

Travel 0-10%

Language : English + French

  • Supports the adoption of new systems and processes by implementing change management and training strategies during major organizational transformations.
  • Required profile : relevant bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in change management / training (SAP / ERP preferred), bilingual English / French, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBI, LMS, and Articulate 360.
  • Key skills include prioritization under pressure, strong communication, collaboration, data‑driven reporting, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Change management responsibilities : develop OCM plans, targeted communications, stakeholder and impact analyses, readiness assessments, adoption monitoring, and proactive risk / resistance management.
  • Training & governance responsibilities : coordinate training materials and sessions, support instructional design and translations, maintain documentation and platforms, ensure integration with project plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
