What You'll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s team, the Senior Consultant, Web and Adobe Experience Management is a professional responsible for leveraging Adobe Experience products to enhance digital customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of multiple Adobe Experience products, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Experience Manager Assets (eDam). The Senior Consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the implementation and optimization of digital solutions that align with business objectives.

How you'll succeed

• Understanding Requirements – Track and analyze operating environment for specified services and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Work with clients and internal partners - Determine, negotiate, and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

• People Leadership – Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.

• Relationship Management – Work closely with clients and business partners to develop, test, and implement application program. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements.

Who you are

• You can demonstrate experience with: 5-8 years’ as part of a team of developers and are a seasoned professional with the ability to coach and help develop other team members. You are a code quality champion with hands-on experience in Software Design using SOLID Design principles.

• It’s an Asset if: You have good understanding of Client Data Management solutions. Ideally, you understand patterns of designing applications for cloud and have knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.

• You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.
