Job summary
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to manage relationships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales, particularly in Health/Pharmaceutical fields. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth through customer-centric strategies and collaboration across teams. This is a permanent position based in Southwest Ontario with remote flexibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales experience in the Health / Pharmaceutical field.
- Experience in dermatology and biological products is an asset.
- Strong business acumen to address threats and maximize opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic launch plan aligned with territorial reality.
- Participate in value-based conversations to understand critical customer challenges.
- Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences understanding their healthcare environment.
- Create, prioritize and adjust relevant plans for accounts and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions addressing customer needs.
