Qualifications

  • Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a health care environment.
  • Practice specific requirements in Diabetes Education, Nutrition Support, and Kidney/Chronic Disease Management Programs.
  • Valid BC Driver's License.

  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop care plans.
  • Provide competent, safe, and ethical care to patients and families.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning.
