We’re looking for a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong union payroll experience who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to our financial success.

What You’ll Do

• Payroll Processing:Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including union payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy that directly impacts our employees.
• Accounts Receivable:Handle invoicing, payment processing, and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Financial Analysis:Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
• System Management:Use your expertise with financial software and tools to streamline processes-tell us what you’re familiar with on your resume!
• Team Collaboration:Jump in wherever needed, supporting the team and contributing to a culture of mutual success.
• Compliance & Best Practices:Stay up to date with payroll laws and industry best practices to keep us compliant and efficient.
