Job Description

As a specialist in the domain of "Business Processes and Decisions, RPA Automation, and Business Process Mining," you will ensure the design of technological capabilities and solutions that meet business needs in large-scale projects or programs that leverage architectural targets and foundational elements.

You must have an in-depth mastery of this domain and related technological solutions. Your responsibilities include evolving your domain, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring solution coherence across projects.

You will interact with many stakeholders across various expertise areas, making interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and recommend technological solutions, mastering domain technologies such as Process Orchestration, Decision Management, RPA, and Business Process Mining. Anticipate innovations and optimize workflows.

• Document standards, guidelines, and architectural frameworks. Knowledge of ArchiMate modeling is an asset.

• Develop strategic vision and prioritize domain evolution annually, aligning with business needs, company priorities, and vendor roadmaps.

• Advise project teams and stakeholders on needs, prioritization, and capability evolution, requiring effective communication and understanding of various stakeholder needs.

• Represent, negotiate, and engage with external partners or organizations regarding agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with process orchestration, decision management, RPA, and process mining solutions.

• Proficiency in at least one domain capability: Business Process Management, Business Decision Management, RPA, or Business Process Mining.

• Experience in designing, evolving, and managing related technological solutions.

• Knowledge of BPMN, DMN standards, or development platforms like Cityen.

• Familiarity with Camunda BPM, Blue Prism, Drools, Celonis.

• Knowledge of ArchiMate modeling language is a plus.

• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
