Overview :
As the Manager of Reporting Operations at ChainPatrol, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution of our threat detection, analysis, and mitigation efforts. Building on your experience managing the reporting team, you will lead a team of reporters, reviewers and takedown specialists to identify emerging threats, develop advanced operational capabilities, and coordinate rapid response to security incidents. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by staying ahead of the evolving threat landscape.

Qualifications :
Optional Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field;
Intermediate Experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or related field.
Willing to manage and lead security teams.
Strong understanding of threat intelligence methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in AI based research tools; ChatGPT, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness to learn new skills independently, not afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in business-related roles is a plus, but not required.
Additional Responsibilities :
Assisting the COO with ChainPatrol’s Reporting Operations and Execution both online and offline.
Developing and implementing new reporting operation improvements monthly.
Supporting the growth of new customers in pipeline by leading hot lead reporting assignments to team members.
Developing training materials and guides for ChainPatrol reporting staff and help desk teams.
Engaging with social platforms to understand volume and nature of threats being detected and emerging.
Organizing metrics for customer success stories and client specific case studies.
Collaborating with other team members to coordinate reporting operations and customer success.
