A leading talent solutions provider is seeking a Demand Generation Manager based in Canada to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive pipeline performance. This strategic role requires 4+ years in demand generation, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing. The position offers remote flexibility and the chance to shape pipeline strategy in a collaborative environment.
We’re supporting a growing SaaS company in the search for a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to take full ownership of multi-channel campaigns, drive pipeline performance, and build scalable systems to attract high-quality leads.
In this role, you’ll lead campaign execution across digital channels, build account-based strategies, and optimize the entire sales funnel from MQL to SQL. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment and revenue impact. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer with a passion for metrics and a background in B2B SaaS or SMB marketing.
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting SMBs
Build ABM strategies with clear goals, audience segmentation, and channel mix
Own paid media (search, social, display, syndication) and continuously test offers and creative
Manage MQL to SQL pipeline performance, including CAC and disqualification rates
Write campaign briefs and align stakeholders across Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing
Report on campaign performance and pivot based on insights
Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops
Optimize website chat playbooks and lead conversion paths
Collaborate across teams to align messaging and touchpoints throughout the funnel
4+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management
Proven success managing B2B SaaS or SMB-focused strategies
Deep understanding of MQL, SQL, SQO, CAC, DQ, and full-funnel metrics
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing automation platforms
Strong copywriting skills (ads, emails, landing pages)
Experience with ABM tools and strategies
Familiarity with AI or automation tools for marketing efficiency
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Remote within the U.S. or Canada
