    • Supporting safety planning for Allnorth teams
    • Resolving performance, scope, and schedule issues as they arise
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Seeking continuous improvement opportunities to positively impact project and team performance
  • Establishing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to Allnorth
  • Assisting with the management of projects within other sectors that Allnorth serves, as applicable
  • Providing mentorship to early career-stage project managers and project coordinators

  • Effective verbal communicator, including presentation, facilitation and listening skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Results-oriented with the capacity to successfully manage multiple competing priorities and timelines
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, audit and investigation skills
  • A proven ability to collaborate with team members and clients in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with project development and execution in the Minerals & Metals and/or related industry
  • Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the province of British Columbia is considered an asset
