Job summary
A logistics solutions provider in Montreal seeks a skilled Product Manager to lead the QA team. You will develop and maintain QA processes, manage testing schedules, and coach quality analysts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of QA experience, be knowledgeable in automated testing, and possess effective team management skills. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Team Lead - Quality Assurance oversees the full QA cycle and strategy, test automation and ensuring the implementation of structured processes and procedures. He/she will act as a leader, support, mentor and coach an experienced team of developers. Maintain a progress log and follow-up reports for manager and management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures, including test strategy and plans, defect lifecycle management and automation frameworks
- Develop and manage testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines
- Monitor QA team activities, vetting and guiding requirements/acceptance criteria, and assisting business users through user acceptance test processes
- Coach and train a team of quality analysts
- Write down the use cases for projects or tasks
- Manually run tests of different applications
- Set up or schedule automated tests
- Create ticket bugs
- Coordinate deployments with the development team
- Computer science studies or equivalency
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience
- Experience with automated testing, .Net, Angular
- Understand and speak English.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with CI/CD environments
