Overview

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Team Lead - Quality Assurance oversees the full QA cycle and strategy, test automation and ensuring the implementation of structured processes and procedures. He/she will act as a leader, support, mentor and coach an experienced team of developers. Maintain a progress log and follow-up reports for manager and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures, including test strategy and plans, defect lifecycle management and automation frameworks
• Develop and manage testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines
• Monitor QA team activities, vetting and guiding requirements/acceptance criteria, and assisting business users through user acceptance test processes
• Coach and train a team of quality analysts
• Write down the use cases for projects or tasks
• Manually run tests of different applications
• Set up or schedule automated tests
• Create ticket bugs
• Coordinate deployments with the development team

Education

• Computer science studies or equivalency

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience
• Experience with automated testing, .Net, Angular
• Understand and speak English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with CI/CD environments
