About the role: Supervisor, Distribution Centre (Evening Shift)

The Supervisor is responsible for allocating team members according to operational priorities, evaluating productivity, and implementing corrective measures when needed. You will monitor team leaders, ensure proper tools and materials are available, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

In addition, the Supervisor will play a central role in inventory management, KPI tracking, and staff development. From verifying timesheets in Kronos to supporting recruitment efforts, this position requires strong organizational skills and a focus on operational excellence within a fast‑paced distribution centre.
