We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Data Strategist / Analyst to lead the data strategy across TPS product lines—including wireless, wireline, connectivity, and digital identity. If you thrive on building visibility into complex systems and embedding AI into products and decision‑making processes, this role is for you.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of the data and analytics roadmap and data adoption for TELUS Partner Solutions products. Working closely with Product Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders, you'll build scalable data solutions that deliver insight, operational efficiency, and AI‑powered innovation.

• Define and lead the data strategy and roadmap for multiple TPS product lines
• Build end-to-end visibility into product, operational, and financial data to support daily business decisions
• Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs, develop insights, and bring clarity to business performance
• Identify data gaps and blind spots, and lead cross‑functional efforts to close them through scalable solutions
• Work with BI, Engineering, and Data Governance teams to source, model, and manage datasets
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools to enable product and executive insights
• Prototype new workflows, Python scripts, and automation pipelines to accelerate outcomes
• Evaluate and embed AI and Agentic AI capabilities into TPS products and services
• Contribute to building a scalable, foundational data architecture that enables innovation and long‑term growth

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics working hands‑on with various aspects of the data pipeline from sourcing to presentation layers
• Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI functions) is a strong asset
• MCP Server knowledge (in the context of Agentic AI infrastructure or orchestration) is a plus
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading initiatives independently
• Bonus: Exposure to wireless, wireline, IoT, or telecom B2B ecosystems

Salary Range: $102,000 - $154,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
