Job summary
A local food establishment in Kelowna is seeking a Supervisor to oversee food preparation and staff activities. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring quality control, and addressing customer concerns. Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
