  • Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete.
  • Manage plant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely procurement to prevent production delays.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and client requirements.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee consistency and reliability of concrete products.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any supply chain issues.
