Pharmaceutical Sales Representative jobs in Canada

Our client is a market leader in the HVAC space and is looking for a Sales Representative based in Kingston, ON. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing internal relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, processing orders and quotations, and promoting company products to generate increased sales. You will also work closely with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

1. Work closely with an existing dealer network and generate new business for the company and our parts product lines.
2. Achieve sales goals for the assigned territory.
3. Introduce new and existing programs and products to customers.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies, goals, and sales plans.
5. Accept and process new orders from customers, keeping them informed about product availability and order status.
6. Build strong internal and external client relationships through dedicated customer service.
7. Actively participate in industry associations and events.
8. Assist the credit department in collecting outstanding debts and resolving disputes with customers.

1. Minimum 2-5 years of successful sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive, and high-volume environment, ideally within HVAC/R, technical, and/or distribution companies.
2. Post-secondary degree or diploma.
3. Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities.
4. Organized, independent individual with a strong desire to sell and succeed.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer service orientation.
