What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory volume and gross margin targets
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers, providing recommendations on products and promotions
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess product performance and adjust strategies as necessary
- Review sales data to identify opportunities and execute sales plans effectively
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and build relationships with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Proven track record of executing sales plans and achieving sales targets
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the beverage alcohol industry
- Familiarity with CRM software (CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
- Smart Serve training considered an asset
