Group Insurance Sales Representative
Full‑Time, Permanent
Location: Toronto (hybrid; one office day per week, otherwise on the road)
Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible schedule, 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to $110,000 plus up to a 35% annual bonus based on company performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration with a marketing option, or in another related field. The client is open to candidates with a college diploma, provided they have more years of experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience (open to three years) in the group insurance sector, specifically in sales.
- If not experienced in group insurance, candidates must have B2B experience, which can be in another area of insurance.
- Excellent knowledge of the life and health insurance brokerage community is considered an asset.
- CEBS designation is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability and strong interest in both verbal and written communication.
- Aptitude for sales and business development.
- Comfortable with mathematical calculations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
