A growing legal firm in Toronto is seeking a skilled Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice across commercial and construction law. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience and will oversee agreements and manage disputes. This role offers a unique chance to shape legal strategy in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of post-call experience in commercial, P3 infrastructure, or construction law.
  • Experience in both law firm and in-house counsel settings.
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements.
  • Support on infrastructure and project-finance deals.
  • Manage disputes with external legal counsel.
