Qualifications

• Member of a Bar for at least 8 years.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in engineering and/or construction law.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting EPCM and/or EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal contact for North American West projects.
• Provide high quality advice on engineering and construction law.
• Negotiate/draft contract amendments and manage compliance.
