Job summary
A healthcare trust in Torbay is seeking a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse for their Special Care Baby Unit. The role involves providing compassionate nursing care to neonates, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, and leading a small team to ensure high standards of care. Ideal candidates will be NMC Registered and have experience in a neonatal environment. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on infant care in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with Neonatal experience is essential.
- Completion or willingness to complete Neonatal Modules is desirable.
- Experience within a neonatal environment is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the shift while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Support the team to deliver high standards of care.
- Assist the Ward Manager with leadership roles and staff support.
