A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 6 Charge Nurse to join their Dermatology Outpatients Department. The successful candidate will ensure high-standard person-centred care across multiple clinics. This role requires a nursing qualification and NMC registration, with a preference for dermatology experience. Shift Pattern: Five days a week.
Effective 1 April 2026: Full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Charge Nurse to join the Dermatology Outpatients Department based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The role covers all three South sites – Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, New Victoria Hospital and Gartnavel General Hospital – and involves working within the nursing and multi‑professional team to ensure a high standard of person‑centred care in both consultant and nurse‑led clinics. The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified nurse, with an enthusiasm for developing and further developing specialty skills and care for patients with dermatology conditions. Dermatology experience is preferred but not essential, and the candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong motivation to work within this speciality.
