Job summary

An NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Advanced Head and Neck Oncology Dietitian to establish a new service in Brighton. Qualifications

  • Extensive CPD relevant to the post.
  • Training in motivational interviewing and behaviour change.
  • Audit and research experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nutritional management to head and neck cancer patients.
  • Facilitate enteral and home enteral feeding, including audits and quality improvement.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and CPD to junior staff.
  • Lead cross‑site partnership working and contribute to service development.
  • Attend MDMs, clinics and contribute to clinical governance.

Skills

Experience of supervising and developing staff
Experience working within oncology/Head & Neck teams
Proven teaching and presentation skills

Education

BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent in Nutrition and Dietetics
HCPC registration
