About the role :

Our Development team is seeking experienced full-stack Senior Software Developers to join Financeit and contribute to our vision and goals. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing fintech company where your work makes a difference, this is the place for you.

Ideal candidates will value continuous learning, collaboration, and code quality, with experience in technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Ember.js.

What you’ll do :

• Design and write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve the existing codebase.
• Assist in designing the mobile app architecture for long-term maintainability.
• Participate in developing mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and Stakeholders to gather requirements.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, RDBMS/SQL, or other persistent technologies.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and ongoing learning.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience working in agile environments.
