We're seeking a Consultant - Customer Analytics to join our team and provide strategic insights into our client's pricing approach. The client, a leading retailer, is looking to refine their pricing strategy through data-driven recommendations that enhance revenue, elevate the customer experience, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

As a key partner in the client's pricing transformation journey, you will :

• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to understand pricing challenges and provide actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Work on high-visibility projects that influence strategic pricing decisions, customer price perception, and overall category performance.
• Harness structured and unstructured data across multiple systems to solve complex pricing and business problems.
• Integrate and streamline large datasets to build cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Design impactful dashboards and reports that answer core business questions and drive insights-based decision-making.
• Prioritize and handle pricing-related analytical requests, create delivery plans, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Define scope, success metrics, and project outcomes to measure the impact of pricing interventions.
• Lead end-to-end engineering : Architect and build robust ETL / ELT pipelines, data warehouses / marts, and data lakes to support scalable analytics.
• Continuously optimize and evolve data integration processes, applying best practices in code versioning, deployment automation, and CI / CD for data pipelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, and standardize engineering and analytics processes to ensure long-term scalability and collaboration.

The salary range for this role in Toronto is CAD 79,100- CAD 131,800. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
