In this role you will support the hotel by:Your Job Duties Include:Assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require including onsite and offsite activitiesPromote and sell the services and concessions within the Hotel as well as services offered by suppliersAssist guest with dining reservations and handling group/ special occasions dining needsProvide personalized and specialized service to VIP guests of the Hotel through pre-arrival emails, communication and follow up throughout stay and post-departureAssist with VIP Concierge / Butler duties which include corresponding with guests by phone and email prior to arrival in a professional and timely manner.Contact arriving elite ALL members (Gold / Platinum/ Diamond / Limitless) prior to arrival.
