As a Brand Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty. You will use your product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers in wardrobe choices. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will deliver a top-tier customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

1. Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.

3. Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
4. Enhance the customer experience with all omni-channel offerings.

6. Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.

7. Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Hourly Range: $17.85 - $18.50 CAD
