Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a PMO/Project Manager in Montreal for a 6-12 month contract. You will support the program manager and take ownership of specific initiatives, aligning stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, especially in business analysis and international payments ecosystems. The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proven capability to function in project-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the program manager in aligning stakeholders and producing deliverables.
- Define product vision and identify business needs.
- Facilitate governance and align teams with central IT.

Location: Montreal, QC (hybrid 3 days onsite)
PMO / Project Manager in support of the Program Manager will have to cover the following tasks:
- Support the program manager in the conduct of all activities (stakeholders alignment, planning...) and production of deliverables (Roadmap, KPIs, Financials...) aimed at preparing all key committees composed of members of top management.
- Take ownership on several specific initiative(s).
- Define the product vision

- Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
- Design the Target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments. Capable to speak to IT, Ops, legal, compliance and business people.
