Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading projects that involve system vendor management, issues management, and system integration across multiple vendor solutions.
• Knowledge of system and operational standards applied in Public Safety Answering Points (PSASPs) in Ontario.
• Understanding proposed NG911 solution requirements and development of technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to plan for NG911 transition which includes training and operational readiness.
• Gather and develop business requirements for the NG911 solution.
• Deliver knowledge of 911 technologies to meet user needs.
