The ideal candidate has over 6 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on all production equipment. In addition to this, they are responsible for being a senior member of the maintenance team, and providing leadership and expertise to other technicians, as well as auditing completed preventive maintenance (PMs).
