The Maintenance Operations Control Duty Manager (MOCDM) plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the airline\'s fleet. The role is responsible for regulatory oversight and technical dispatch, and maintaining compliance. This position acts as a key liaison between Flight Operations, Commercial Leadership, and Technical Operations, providing real-time decision-making support during irregular operations, fleet routing, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) scenarios.
