Résumé du poste
A logistics company in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a full-time Load Booking clerk. The role involves managing driver bookings and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining communication with drivers. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in transportation load booking, strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Proficiency in transportation management software and GPS systems is necessary.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in transportation load booking or a related field.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsabilités
- Manage booking schedules and movements of drivers in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers via phone and tracking systems.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager for transportation execution.
