Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Counterbalance license required.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Georgetown. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, feeding product to the production area, and ensuring a continuous production flow. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality standards across the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct forklift inspections before, during, and after shifts.
  • Transport materials to and from production areas and designated locations.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform cycle counts of stocked inventory.

Work Environment

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Work in a clean shop with clean machinery, with some sawdust present.
