A law firm is seeking a Senior Estate Litigation Law Clerk to join their Advocacy team in Toronto. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing estate-related litigation. Candidates must have a Law Clerk designation and at least 8 years of law firm experience. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency with multiple legal tools are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients and legal professionals in an important area of law.
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Estate Litigation Law Clerk to join their Advocacy team. This position involves extensive direct dealings with the Firm’s clients and legal professionals and requires a strong working knowledge of Estate Litigation. Assisting in handling complex litigation matters related to wills, estates and trusts.
