A non-profit organization supporting Indigenous communities is seeking an Associate Director to design and evaluate frontline services in their Community Services portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Social Work with extensive experience advocating for Indigenous women and families. The role involves developing policies, managing budgets, and ensuring quality service delivery. The salary range is $108,300 - $134,220, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements and professional development.

The Associate Director will ensure the evaluation, development, and design of frontline service delivery in the Community Services portfolio and align to the ONWA’s strategic planning, vision, and mandate. The Associate Director develops and maintains effective working relations with other ONWA portfolios, Chapter and Councils, and allied community services agencies. The role assists to develop policies and procedures to ensure safety is a priority and reflective to the portfolio operational work plan. Through a provincial lens, the Associate Director will direct systems coordination and planning, training development and delivery, and support partnership development at all site locations. The Associate Director completes comprehensive reporting and training on budget alignment, fiscal deliverables, and program evaluation to the Director of Community Services and Senior Management as required. The Associate Director develops and analyzes effective systems through gaps analysis, statistics, and evaluation to create standardized formats to reinforce program enhancement and outcomes. The Associate Director ensures service delivery meets the requirements of legislation and service standards required by all funding bodies. The Associate Director works directly with the Director of Community Services to utilize a living model approach to adapt deliverables using best practices that support Indigenous women, youth, and their families across the province.

The full salary range for this role is $108,300 - $134,220 ONWA conducts annual performance reviews, and employees may be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance outcomes and available funding.
