A leading global gaming company in Toronto is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to maintain a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. The role involves managing facility operations, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations or hospitality and possess strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday.

Based at our Toronto location, the Workplace Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a polished, high‑functioning, and welcoming workplace environment. This role supports daily operations, events, vendor management, space planning, employee experience, and compliance across the local studio and may also provide remote support to regional sites. The coordinator will act with autonomy within established frameworks, solve a wide range of operational problems, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a best‑in‑class experience for employees and guests.
