1. Oversee all accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
3. Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
4. Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports.
5. Forecast and manage company cash flow.
6. Lead year-end closing procedures and reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
8. Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
10. Analyze budget variances and monitor financial performance.
11. Prepare and present monthly financial and KPI reports.
12. Support strategic financial planning and risk management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
3. Strong command of accounting systems and ERP platforms.
4. Advanced Excel proficiency and solid working knowledge of MS Office.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
