Senior Bookkeeper

Mother Hubbard's Kitchens is a local manufacturer dedicated to craftsmanship, collaboration, and financial excellence. We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to maintain the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions using Sage 50 and general ledger accounting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and month‑end and year‑end reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate management.
  • Conduct bank and payroll reconciliations, supporting payroll processing and compliance.
  • Assist with tax documentation and filing support, ensuring smooth tax processes.
  • Maintain GAAP compliance and safeguard the integrity of all financial records.
  • Contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic decision‑making through analysis.
