The successful candidate will manage a portfolio's accounting processes, including rental billing, financial reporting, and audits. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in real estate accounting, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Yardi software. The position offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $84,000 and generous benefits, including vacation and a health plan.

- 2+ years of experience in full cycle real estate accounting.
- Experience with final recoveries, year-end audits, forecasting, and budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Complete full cycle accounting for a portfolio of assets.
- Maintain the general ledger and review journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in year-end processes and audits.
- Review tenant abstracts for accuracy.
