Airport Jobs is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Email & Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service via email and chat, assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related concerns. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring passengers receive seamless support.

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
• Assist passengers with flight reservations, cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
• Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and flight delays.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to online booking systems and mobile applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Uphold airline policies and ensure compliance with aviation industry standards.

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in typing (40+ words per minute) and experience using chat support tools.
• Strong technical aptitude to navigate airline systems and resolve basic IT issues.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in email and chat-based customer support is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus but not required.

• Flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as airlines operate 24/7.
