We're forming a dedicated outbound team of rockstars to hunt new customer segments beyond traditional channels. With my track record in building strong Account-Based Outbound teams, we aim to unlock Absorb's enormous potential. Join us in making Absorb history! – Kim Brown, VP, Business Development

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Absorb’s Sales and Account Management functions through data-driven insights, reporting, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Excel, enjoys working with Salesforce, and is passionate about turning data into actionable intelligence. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate bookings and revenue reports that help drive strategic decisions, maintaining pipeline/account hygiene, and assisting with lead funnel analysis and distribution.

This is a hands‑on role with a mix of analytical rigor and operational execution. You’ll be the go‑to resource for “crunchy” work—digging into spreadsheets, cleaning data, and ensuring our systems and reporting are reliable and insightful.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Pipeline & Revenue Reporting: Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports on bookings, pipeline, and revenue performance using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Data Management: Support lead distribution, account ownership updates, and data hygiene across Salesforce to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Operational Support: Assist with territory assignments, lead uploads, and other administrative tasks that keep the sales engine running smoothly.
  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze trends in pipeline movement, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales leaders, Account Management, Sales Development Business Development, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure alignment and support across teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reporting and data workflows and propose solutions to improve accuracy and speed.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support leadership with custom reports and deep dives into sales performance metrics as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or financial analysis—preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with lead routing, account management, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable with “grunt work” and understands its importance in building a strong operational foundation.
