Job summary
A major insurance provider in British Columbia is hiring a Contact Center Insurance Advisor for a remote position. This role involves managing customer inquiries, optimizing sales opportunities, and building rapport with clients. Candidates should have a Level 2 General Insurance License and experience in sales or customer service. The position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week with a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000.

- Professional experience building rapport with customers over the phone and through email.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times.
- Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for customers.
- Optimize sales opportunities in each call while prioritizing customers’ needs.
- Quickly access information from online databases to complete customer transactions.
- Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews.
- Adapt sales strategy based on the nature of calls and customers' priorities.

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact centre. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.
- Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
- Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
- Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
- Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
- Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
- Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
- Level 2 General Insurance License required
- 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service
- Professional experience building rapport with customers over the phone and through email
Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
- Mon-Friday 7am-7pm PST
- Saturdays 9am-5pm PST
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
