CONTACT CENTER - INSURANCE ADVISOR

Are you looking for a flexible, work from home opportunity? Our Contact Centre is hiring remote Contact Centre Insurance Representatives!

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact centre. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

Here is what a typical day looks like
  • Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
  • Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
  • Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
  • Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
  • Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
  • Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
The value you bring
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required
  • 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service
  • Professional experience building rapport with customers over the phone and through email

Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week

  • Mon-Friday 7am-7pm PST
  • Saturdays 9am-5pm PST

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
