• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French (preferred).
• Strong multitasking and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training catalogs.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy and localization needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials.
• Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes.
• Represent Product Managers in meetings and support with data analysis and launch logistics.
