Human Resources Generalist

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established leader in the fuel distribution industry, who’s looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team.

This position is based in Edmonton (Remote).

The Role
  • Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding for drivers, dispatchers, and office staff.
  • Manage employee development programs focused on safety, compliance, and customer service.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and help foster a strong, engaged workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with labour standards across AB, SK, MB, and BC.
  • Handle payroll and benefits with accuracy, confidentiality, and care.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HR experience ideally in transportation, logistics, or fuel distribution.
  • Strong working knowledge of provincial labour laws and HR best practices.
