What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of the employer's security objectives
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize Trust initiatives while balancing security needs and user experience
- Work with leadership to establish clear delivery plans and align cross-organization initiatives
- Create holistic communication plans to deliver status updates and program health to stakeholders
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for program improvement and present actionable results
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience in a program manager capacity in the software or technology field, with 4+ years focused on security
- Strong functional understanding of Information Security concepts and technologies
- Experience managing various stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using tools to scale programs and solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Generative AI tools)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Security certifications are a significant plus
