As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
• Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within the organization and, if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

Do you possess the following?:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a product analyst role or similar.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Stong communications skills (oral, written)
• Some exposure to salesforce would be an asset

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
