What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a hybrid technical implementer and strategic RevOps advisor for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
- Architect and execute tracking infrastructures across GTM/GA4, MAPs, and CRM systems
- Set up and validate offline conversion pipelines across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across various lines of business
- Communicate directly with clients, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments
- Strong expertise in GTM and GA4, including event architecture and tracking QA
- Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM‑to‑ad‑platform integrations
- Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes impacting pipeline efficiency
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1‑2 years of agency‑side experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in building marketing and revenue dashboards
- Familiarity with lead routing frameworks and sales qualification methodologies
- Curiosity and drive to deepen technical and strategic RevOps skills
