As an Events Marketing Intern, you'll become a valuable member of our dynamic marketing team, assisting with campaigns that enhance our company's reach and impact. This role includes researching where our audience shows up, drive call‑for‑papers (CFP) submissions, handle event logistics and vendor coordination, and package results so we learn and scale what works! You’ll be hands‑on, organized, and comfortable using AI to move faster. This role would also suite students enrolled in Co‑op programs and eligible for 2 consecutive terms commitment.
Our plan calls for deeper research on audiences, more speaking opportunities, and flawless show execution owning logistics, multi‑tasking across time zones, and keeping everything on track.
Remote; occasional extended hours around shows; potentially some travel for on‑site execution.
$25/hour- $30/hour CAD
