  • Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows (5 years).
  • Experience gathering requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, use cases, and business process modeling (5 years).
  • Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role (3 years).
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment (3 years).
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience
  • Proven experience conducting gap analysis between current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups across teams or departments.
  • Experience supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct business process walkthroughs.

  • Create, review, and update user stories, personas, and journey maps.
  • Develop system use cases, process flows, and functional diagrams.
  • Document and validate business and functional requirements with subject matter experts.
  • Support development of non-technical system documentation and policy or procedural recommendations.
  • Support change management and training activities for complex program changes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and support backlog refinement.
  • Liaise with security and privacy teams to support assessments as required.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
Should Have
  • Professional certification or accreditation in a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, or initiatives using program development principles.
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to design creative solutions.
